I am Hana, a daughter, sister and wife. Naughty and possessive as my friends would describe. Took degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and worked as Systems and Network Admin for 2 years. Later got married and had to move 5000 miles away from my home town.
I always appreciate good food and presentation, and I really do enjoy watching people eating food that I 've made.
My Amma(Jaya) is an excellent cook both by necessity to raise the two of us and also because she loves to experiment and try new recipes. And about Appa (Cherian) I havent tasted anything other than "Bhaingan Bharthas" and "tomato roses"he made when we were kids.
Thanks to my Chechi (Haya) who forced me to pen down whatever I am cooking, be it the normal recipes or experimented ones.
This section wouldnt be complete without kuriyappee (Anoop) my husband who gives unconditional "Thumbs Up" to whatever I make (Good or Bad). Thanks to him for being my everyday guniea pig and loving me more when I am angry, mad or sad.
